Asher + Oak Photography offers beautifully natural branding photography for wellness professional, creatives, and small businesses seeking imagery that feels thoughtful and human.
This is a collaborative, detail-driven process designed for clients who value craftsmanship, narrative, and restraint over volume or trend-driven content.
The Process
All projects are booked via application only. Clients are selected based on availability, project scope, and brand compatibility.
This allows me to understand your work, visual goals, and how photography will support your brand.
Due to the depth of this work and limited seasonal availability, not all inquiries are accepted.

Branding Photography
Spring 2026
Full-service branding photography begins at $1,950
with additional image collections, studio fees, or travel quoted as needed.
The Shoot
$750 per hour
2-hour minimum
Available in-studio or on location within 100 miles of Easthampton, MA
Payment due at time of booking
Retainer is non-refundable, except in cases of:
Severe weather
Valid emergency
Photographer cancellation
Sessions may be transferred to a rescheduled date if needed
Studio & Travel Fees
Studio (studio shoots only):
$150 — up to 2-hour shoot day
$300 — up to 4-hour shoot day

Travel beyond 100 miles quoted individually
The Images
All images are custom edited and hand-retouched —
no AI processing, ever.
Each final image includes:
Three resolution / sizing options
One black & white variant
Unlimited domestic & international usage rights
Image Selection & Delivery
Image selection takes place during an online gallery reveal and ordering appointment with Cai
Payment for images is due at the ordering appointment
Images are delivered at the conclusion of that appointment
Once delivered, image purchases are non-refundable

Branding photography is offered in limited seasonal windows to ensure each project receives the time, attention, and creative energy it deserves.
Submitting a questionnaire does not guarantee booking, but it does allow for a thoughtful conversation about fit, scope, and timing.

How do I book a branding photography session?
All projects begin with a brief questionnaire / proposal. This helps me understand your work, visual goals, and how photography will support your brand.
If your project feels like a good fit and availability allows, you’ll receive a booking invitation with next steps.
How do I book a family or couples portrait session?
How far in advance should I book?
Availability is limited. Most clients book 4-12 weeks in advance.
If you have a specific timeline or launch date, I recommend inquiring early.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions may take place:
In-studio at our beautiful indoor location in easthampton, ma
On location within 100 miles of Easthampton, MA
On location beyond 100 miles by custom quote
Studio and travel fees will be outlined in client’s custom invoice.
How long do sessions take?
Branding sessions are booked in hourly blocks with a two-hour minimum.
Most in-studio sessions last 2-3 hours, depending on wardrobe changes and the scope of the shoot. On-location sessions vary widely depending on location and scope of the shoot, between 2-5 hrs on average. Multiple day shoots will be billed as such with one session fee covering the entire project.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Session fees are non-refundable except in cases of:
Severe weather
Valid emergency
Photographer cancellation
Sessions may be transferred to a rescheduled date if needed. Details are outlined in your booking agreement.
Can I bring a creative team or stylist?
Yes—collaborators such as stylists, makeup artists, or creative directors are welcome
(when aligned with the scope of the project).
Please note any additional team members in your proposal.
What is included in image retouching?
All final images are custom edited and hand-retouched; never AI processed.
Each delivered image includes:
Three resolution / sizing options to fulfill a diverse range of needs
One black & white variant
Retouching is natural, polished and intentional, not fake or airbrushed.
How many images will I receive?
Image collections are purchased separately and begin at five images.
Available collections include:
5 images (perfect for in-studio headshots or a single product launch)
10 images (ideal for entrepreneurs and creatives or small brand launch)
20 images (best for small businesses looking for beautiful, intentional content for their website and social media; also recommended for family and couples sessions)
Custom collections are available for larger projects.
How and when do I select my images?
Image selection takes place during an online gallery reveal and ordering appointment with Cai.
During this session, you’ll review your images, select your collection, and finalize payment.
Images are delivered at the conclusion of the appointment.
What if I’m not sure how many images I need?
No problem! I’m happy to guide you through image planning during the proposal stage and again at your ordering appointment to create the perfect gallery of visual content for your needs and budget.
The goal is to choose images that will serve your brand well; not more than you need.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Rush delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
If you have a deadline, please include it in your initial inquiry.
When is payment due?
Session fees are due at the time of booking
Image collections are paid for at the ordering appointment
All payments are non-refundable once services or digital files have been delivered.
