Limited-Edition Family Portrait Sessions

These sessions are offered on a very limited basis each year and are designed for families who want a family heirloom, not just a quick family photo update.
This is a guided, collaborative experience that results in artwork meant to live in your home on your walls and in albums that your family can pore over and enjoy year after year.
All sessions take place outdoors at one of my carefully selected locations, chosen for beautiful light, natural surroundings, and privacy for your family’s session.
The Experience
1. Inquiry & Availability
Family sessions are released in small seasonal windows. Once you inquire, you’ll receive current availability and a brief questionnaire to confirm fit, timing, and group size.
2. Proposal & Booking
After reviewing your inquiry, I’ll send a custom proposal outlining your session date, investment, and what’s included. A signed agreement and retainer secure your session.
3. Pre-Session Planning (Zoom)
Once booked, we’ll meet via Zoom to plan your session. This conversation covers:
Wardrobe guidance and color coordination
Session flow and pacing (especially helpful for kids)
How your images will ultimately be used in your home
Album and wall art considerations from the start
4. The Session
Sessions are unhurried and relaxed, with gentle direction and space for natural interaction. I guide when needed and step back when moments unfold organically. The goal is images that feel both elevated and honest.
5. Image Reveal & Ordering
You’ll receive a curated gallery and a design appointment to finalize your included album or prints and select any additional artwork. All final products are professionally produced and custom-designed for your family.
